I would say Orlando, more people will come to Disney World and others if the recovery continues in the country.

Depends on your version of the word recovery. In terms of the housing market, probably Orlando because there was less of an overbuild (particularly condos) versus Miami. If you're referencing economic recovery, without a doubt Miami. Miami's economy is far more diversified than Orlando's.

+1 ^^^ The question is too vague so I did not vote.

I agree with you guys, the question is too vague. I based my "Orlando" vote solely on housing values and voted quickly before I really thought about it. I would say Miami does have the overall stronger economy but it's in remarkably bad shape still from what I've seen. Orlando is already beginning to see recovery in some core areas such as hospitality, health care, and high tech.

It's going to take some time for those cities to recover. I picked Orlando; Miami has like THE WORST housing market in the U.S. ... or was that Orlando? I dont know, both are terrible. It's going to take some time for both cities. Wait til places like Charlotte and Atlanta bounce back before we even get into Miami and Orlando bouncing back, lol.

I thought LV had the worst market in terms of both foreclosure rates and drop in housing prices.

I think Las Vegas, Miami and Orlando are like 1, 2, and 3 I believe.
