myers is on a distinguished road
Cool Why are they all VACATION RENTALS!!!

I ve been looking to rent a house in fort myers and surrounding areas but I'm having a really hard time finding unfurnished homes for rent or long term rentals. It seems like every one only rents short term.

Also was wondering if people that rent homes for vacationers will rent long term.

Please advice

Thanks Myers

There are a number of variables to this. Yes, there are owners who don't mind renting to someone on a year to year basis. Also, many owners rent out their properties during the season and live in them during the off season. Just check around - there should be a lot of rentals.

They make more money on vacation rentals.

However, there are lots of rentals on realtor.com.
