it looks to me like most of the safest counties are located in the panhandle.

I'm not suprised - only suprised to see that Orlando seems to have surpassed Jax on much of the criteria.

But, every city is different, and even though Jax looks bad on paper, it really doesn't feel anywhere near that bad here. Sure, if you watch the local news each night, it can get depressing, but if you watch the national news too, it puts it all in perspective .

Looks like Pinellas is missing...... but their stats would have been very "doctored" like the ones they submit to the FBI every year .
