Due to extremely high voter turnout among conservative old people and extremely low voter turnout of registered dems

Obviously SFL is very liberal, but CFL is also nothing like AL/GA or NFL for that matter

That doesn't mean much.

Who posts in which state forum says nothing about the state.

If you go to the California forums you would think California would be as red as Arkansas.

Are you delusional? "Most of the state is from left to far left..."??? I'm going to guess that you were like most of the pundits who were 110 percent certain that hillary was going to win. Rick Scott wins two terms but you're convinced that there will be no GOP governor for a very long time. I don't believe that the overall demographics of Florida have changed all that much over the past few decades. Oh, sure - in certain areas. Southeast Florida is solidly blue. But it has been for a long time. St Petersburg may be one place that has morphed in recent years. It used to be a city of old people (affectionately known as "Benchsittersburg"). But there are many more younger people there now (look at downtown).

But Florida, like the US in general, has a tremendous amount of rural land - most of it solidly red. Thankfully.
