yeah really, we're talking about fla and he decides to chime in about atlanta. what's that all about? hey, i can probably get a 5000 sq ft house in west va for 180k, bit i think i'll pass. no offense to any w.va. lovers out there --- just proving a point. that's all.

Well according the USA today, Florida is growing, not shrinking and has one of the top growing countys in the US.
I reading it through tonight and will post the results.

Where are they all going?? North of the State Line.
I just talked to a couple of my neighbors this afternoon, one is going back to NYC and the other is going to Kentucky, because they want their daughter in a better setting (??), before she gets to middle school.
Many of my neighbors are leaving the area... Most of them are taking jobs with better pay and benefits, a couple have lost their homes here already.

It is growing, but not at the same rate as in the past, finally! The net gain of people coming to Florida vs. people leaving Florida for 2005-2006 drop by 100,000 people, compared to the net gain of 2004-2005. So maybe more people are coming but more are leaving than normal, that is what the news I saw today said.
