Id say Bok Tower Gardens hill is the prettiest I've seen, however, Sugarloaf Mountain is the most prominent, and also good with Orlando skyline. I need to day trip to Dade City sometime.

Any county in the pan handle, basically west of the Suwanee river (you've even got huge cliffs and water falls up there), along with Pasco, Polk, Lake, Hernando, Sumter, Highlands, Orange, Alachua, and Marion county.
