Default Attention Putnam county,Clay county Florida teachers--need your input please:)

I currently live in South Florida. We own property in Melrose and are trying to decide if we want to move there or North Georgia. My son already moved to the Melrose area because he thought we were moving there. My youngest son will graduate next year and attend a Florida university. We have since checked out Georgia and I can make more money there as a teacher and the school system ( from the input of a good friend living in Forsyth county) is so much more supportive of their teachers and less focused on the STATE ASSESSMENT. It short, far less stressful to teach in Georgia! My husband can make more too and we can get a larger house for less money. It would be a lateral move for my husband and I pay wise to move to Melrose but money isn't everything and I would like to live near my son. We are so overwhelmed teaching here in South Florida. The accountability and paperwork is killing us and no support or appreciation from district. I am done teaching here and WANT to move, but where? It is any better in Putnam or Clay county? I know that you are also bound by state mandated testing but is it stressful to teach in your schools?
Thanks SO-o-o-o much to anyone who can give me any feedback on this!
