Default Central Florida, South Florida or Tampa Bay?

Dear All,

I am thinking about moving FL next year and now, with your help, I am trying to figure out where is the best place to live and work there. Here are some infos regarding my profile: Man (caucasian), single, 30 years old, speak fluently 3 languages (english, spanish, portuguese), graduated Business, MBA Finance with large work experience.

In my research I am considering the follows:

- Job Market for Finance´s positions
- House in the middles 200K
- Hurricane and Tornadoes low risk areas
- Nightlife and Restaurants
- Traffic

Can you please provide me some cities where I can fit myself?

Tks in advance,

Default Hurricanes, Nightlife, Traffic, oh my.

Let's see...

Heavy Nightlife -- S. Florida, Tampa.
Heavy Traffic -- S. Florida, Tampa.
Heavy hurricane activity -- S. Florida, Tampa. Minimal-- Central Florida. I've been through all so I speak from experiece.
White Folk -- Central Florida.
Houses less than 200K and up - Central Florida bedroom communities.
Jobs - S. Florida and Tampa. You will make use of your other languages in these two areas.

The others will weigh in and correct or add to my offerings.

Job Market - Orlando or Miami
Housing - Central Flordida has one of the fastest growing population rates there are great houses here.
Hurricanes - Orlando. I have lived in Orlando 18 years and I have only seen one year, 2004, where hurricanes had a major impact on us. It destroyed a lot of things including the city.
Nightlife and Restaurants -- Tampa or Miami
Traffic - Not Orlando or Miami, traffic is horrible in both.

I think the hurricane issue was covered, so I'll just add that low-risk areas for tornados probably don't exist in FL, or the S/E US. But I'm thinking Central FL has more tornadic activity than the coasts. Tornados near the coasts tend to be more of the waterspout variety. Usually.
