I and my family just moved to Daytona Beach and will really appreciate any advice in finding a quality day care for my 3-year old boy. I visited two daycare center earlier this week but found they are not up to my expectation. The one my son went to in Illinois was very nice, although was expensive. Does any one has experiences with a good day care or pre-schools in Daytona or nearby cities like Ormond Beach or Port Orange? Thanks!

Promise Land. It's at the big church on SR 40, 2 miles west of I-95 in Ormond Beach. 386-615-0986

Sandcastle Learning Centers are great (clean, safe, good care, lots of toys, a great outdoor play area, etc.). There is one at the north end of Port Orange on Clyde Morris Blvd. and another one (the one we used) located in a strip mall on the corner of Nova Rd. and Spruce Creek Rd. in Port Orange.

Thanks, moms. I'll check them out.
Did anyone have experience with the daycare center at Daytona State College? It seems nice to me.
