Spring Hill - Royal Ridge Road
Does anyone know why there are so many homes for sale on Royal Ridge Rd in SH? Is that a problem area?? We are looking to buy a home in SH and do not know good or bad areas.
Anyone know?

If you take into account that there are 153 homes for sale with in Timber Pines, the 5 homes on Royal Ridge, out of 81 total homes on the street, is not an extreme amount.
This is the time of year that the people that are selling in Timber Pines generally put their homes on the market since it is a big snowbird crowd in there.

Timber Pines
Does that include the ones for sale by owner? I visited a friend in there, she has a villa, absolutely beautiful.........very very nice and she can't sell, came
down $30,000 and is waiting for the snowbirds to return, to see if she can get a bite. I saw several signs for sale by owner, that day.
I was really impressed with the developement, grounds are keep really nice.
