Husband relocating and looking at houses in the Titusville-Mims area. Just wondering what are the nicest areas there.
We have 2 school age children, so my main concern are the schools. As well as recreation for them.
Looking for about 1 acre of land in a nice area.
Crime rate, is it low there? I know everywhere has it.
Traffic conditions towards Orlando and PSL area, during rush hr.
Also how is the St cloud area as well?

My husband and I have lived in Titusville, Florida since 1990. We live in a quiet yet family-friendly neighborhood, and if you love the Florida lifestyle, you can do it all here. We are soon to retire from the area, however, so our house is for sale.
