City Data forumers more depressed??...complainers (Homestead: rental, jobs, housing)

Was just wondering if you thought posters on City-Data forum are just depressed? Or do they really not like where they live?

I believe alot of people found this site by doing research on relocating to another area.I know thats how I found it,I was looking to relocate to Florida

I don't think they are all depressed, of course some might be but I think some are extremely agressive, HAVE to have the last word and HAVE to have everyone kneel at their feet as if they are the font of all knowledge...unfortunatly, I doubt this is confined to just the Florida forum...in my experience this is not unusual wherever you go.

Today its Florida, next week it could be another state entirely.

Life is WAY too short for time wasted like that. I get a good laugh when I see it though.

Nothing wrong with expressing negative opinions about florida but it seems many people use this forum as a personal therapist. Some come here to post crime headlines, some come here to post pictures of hurricanes and say "i hope one of these destroys south florida so prices will come down", and others come here to complain about every type of personal problem.

I love South Florida exspecially SW Fla. I wish prices would come down but would be saddened if it was destroyed by a hurricane.

It has been said that what an individual state quarter professes is what the state is all about. Oklahoma for example shows it's magnificent state bird, the scissortail. In all actuality, it's quarter should show a cow being sucked up into a tornado funnel cloud.
