I am researching buying an RV campground to live at and run as a family business. A few look financially suitable.
One is in Crescent City, Florida. I was looking for more info on this area and whether you feel the demand is there. Is it a location the SnowBirds come to etc? The Realtor says it is but I'd like other opinions too! Also we would want to build a house on the land and the Realtor says it's easy to gain permission for this if space is there. Is that really the case?
Also we have young children so need a family friendly area with good schools. We like nature and the outdoors and don't mind not being in a city.
The other campground is in Franklin, NC. I've posted similar question on the NC forum but if you have info about this area too then much appreciated.
Many thanks.
