They have a bunch of new townhomes in Western Fort Pierce that start at 129,900. I just saw a flyer the other day. I believe they are off Okeechobee Road, near Jenkins? Do you know where that is? I think it's near the Home Depot and the new Sonic. I would guess a mortgage payment for that price would be around $850-$1000 depending on your credit, not too bad in my opinion. Not sure if you have to carry homeowner's insurance. If I can think of the name of them, I'll post it.

Do you want to rent or own? 90K is pretty rare in my opinion (especially for one person, on the Treasure Coast, even in FL)
