Lordy, I knows it gets cold in Florida cuz I have lived here all my life but this cold blast is a bad un.

Las nite the mercury dropped so low in my thermometer that it hit the bottom of the glass!

An that aint all. It wuz fallin so fast that when it hit the bottom of the glass, it jerked the thermometer clean off the nail!

An the cold front came in so fast that a mess of frogs that wuz round my pond heard it commin and tried to jump back in the water. They didnt make it cuz the ice froze up too quick and they wuz caught in the ice wif thier legs stickin up in the air!

I gots my lawnmower out and got me a years supply of frog legs!

And windy!

I tried to shoot a coyote up wind and my bullets kept blowing back to me before they could hit the target!

An I even seen a lawyer today wif his hands in his own pockets!

Just how cold is it in yore neck of the woods?

Yeah, I was also checking observations and some areas are reporting "dewpoints" as low as the single digits! Florida is typically humid, but Tallahassee has a DP of 4°, Orlando 5° and Miami reporting a dp of 20°! Thats some really dry air that far south! Amazing.
