Default Electric bill/costs

Hi..we are relocating to the Viera area..one of the homes we are considering has electric central air/heat/hot water..one home (new construction) is 2500sq foot with a heated pool...Can anyone give me an idea what our bills would look like?

Additionally, due to certain circumstances we may need to have someone care for the pool for extended periods..does anyone know what that cost would be?
Thanks for oyur help!!!

Generally 300.00 a month. You would save a fortune if you used solar pool heating, and some larger homes can use the central air to help heat the pool. Pool services tend to be cheap, my neighbor gets it cleaned for 30.00, not sure how anyone can make money like that.

I have 2500 sq ft living area built in 2005 and heated pool.
My average bill is $145 a month with a high of $222 and a low of $66 over the last 12 months.
Most months you will not need the heater on the pool so that is not that much of a factor.

I pay $70 a month for weekly pool service. This includes all chemicals, cleaning, rinsing the filter and every few months servicing the chlorine salt generator.
