I thought of something, having had bad credit in the past because of a divorce, I know the landlords interegate peoples credit, but do they check to see if they are sex offenders?  |

Probably not... but might be an addition to the checklist for the wiser landlords....  |

Before we bought our home, we rented a house and what made me laugh was the house we rented, had an apartment in it and the guy who lived there reminded me of a dirtbag. Ny landlord said oh no he has perfect credit, I said okay did you do a criminal check on him? No, but his credit was great, well, the guy was arrested twice for assault while we were living there, smoked Pot all the time, and did not work 2 months after living there, and my landlord had to have him evicted. so much for good credit! |

There are 478 sex offenders within the radius of Broward county zip code 33024 (we almost moved there). Why so many??? This thread really opens my eye.
