Well i my opinion the major crime problem in palm beach county is gangs, i.e. Riviera Beach. Yes, Riviera beach is bad, but I would still go through there before some places in Miami. I don't think the most dangerous city downhere matters because all 3 counties have the same problems. They all have dangerous cities. Some just more dangerous then others. As for Sis Trunk, yeah it can be pretty dangerous if your not street smart, but the highest concentration of violence around there is in Sunland Park (which you should NOT venture into unless your a resident). And yeah, in deerfield and pompano there is a gang war going on that is escalating, primarily between the gangs: Grave Yard Boyz, 3rd World, Villa Boyz, 123rd Gangster Crips, C-Land, and Doom City. There is less gangs in Broward then MDC and PBC, but that is mostly because of the fact that alot of gangs don't operate as your traditional idea of a gang, but rather representing their street, city, or neighborhood. As for Dade being scarier then Riviera Beach, yes, certain areas in my opinion are worse.
Yeah, the concentration of the corruption came out of Hollywood, but our former sheriff who just had to step down due to the fact he evaded taxes was into some very dirty business, including taking pay offs.

Alright, you know your stuff! It's very true that all 3 have the same problems. Maybe some of the counties have less problem areas than others, but they all have them. It is in my opinion that Dade is a giant problem area, Broward is a problem in many areas east of University Drive, and Palm Beach has them scattered all over the place, although mostly east of Military Trail and north of Boca Raton. The latter two have large amounts of safe area, but it's true that many formerly good areas are sinking (east Sunrise in Broward getting pounded with Section 8, a lot of east Boynton Beach in Palm Beach County are good examples, although there are many more).

hey, speaking of section 8, a nice neighborhood in orlando (avalon park, it's almost like it's own little city) is getting section 8 down the street!!! that's exactly what avalon park residents get excited about!!! NOT!!!

To be honest with you, i think Miami dade is the worst, and then hillsborough in second. Orange is horrible in its own way. I lived in tampa for almost 2 years, and i was in "suitcase city" which was known for bein one of the worst spots in tampa. Im from Brooklyn originally and let me tell you, tampa is no better. Now im living in palm beach county, and west palm is nothing to play with either.. but you know how it goes. Every city has its ghettos, just the way it is. Just some are worse than others..

I think per capita maybe we arent as bad as some places but if your talking about HOW bad it gets I agree we have some of the worst. Then again I walked around some areas of Fort Lauderdale near Sunrise Blvd and parts of Hollywood off of Dixie Highway at 1 in the morning (teen thrills, what can I say), and there were some shady characters out there, but if you were reasonably street smart, you could come out alive. I do agree that a lot of Broward has potential to decline to the level of whats happened in Dade and happening in Palm Beach County. Deerfield/Pompano is starting to remind me of Lake Worth and beginning to have rival gang issues.

East New York, what fond memories. The biggest ****hole i have ever been to in my life. Only thing close is brownsville (also in brooklyn) and some parts of the bronx. But NY is changing. And, the other day i was in lake worth, and i ran into some ms-13, heard them talkin about it in spanish. Theres also alot of FOLK in west palm beach. Latin Kings too... the list goes on

rember miami dade county holds the total number and actual number or crime's all that so if 90 percent of that stuff comes from one side that makes that side the most dangrous place in florida-

Duval finishes second in Florida behind Miami-Dade in the actual number of murders. But Duval has a higher murder rate because Miami-Dade has nearly three times more people
