I am going to go against the majority and say there are some really good bargains out there and if you are looking for a long term investment you should do fine. Just make sure to take your time to find the right property, rent it for next couple of years and take it from there. Almost all parts of FL have some deals so the location would really depend upon what you like.

Our concern is a little different:
we are looking for a residential vacant lot to invest, to build later on. We'd like to relocate in Florida in 5 years. How to find the upcoming subs, cheap now, in a family-oriented area, low crime, good schools? We consider Lakeland area and around Melbourne, in Space coast. Do you have any suggestions to run by us? Hyp! |
