After college I would like to work for a little while on a shrimp boat. Does anyone know what my first step would be? I don't know anyone in the industry. Is there a website where captains post is they need/want a deckhand?

Default Shrimpers

I think these jobs are "need to know someone." They don't advertise.

Check out marinas at Ponce Inlet and Cape Canaveral, as well as Brunswick, GA.

Good Luck!
