Spring Hill is a nice, clean town in the path of progress with many new areas to enjoy. It is not over built and there are many woodsy areas in which to roam. Electric on the new house we're selling is about half what we are paying in our older home down South and gasoline is about 12 cents less a gallon. A jump on the Veterans Exprsway will get you into Tampa in about an hour (give or take depend. on time of day). Many services here are cheaper than other parts of FL. Cost of living overall is cheaper here.

ELECTRIC => WREC - Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Withlacoochee river electric coop) They supply most electric in the county

CABLE -> Brighthouse - Bright House Networks

INTERNET => - I use brighthouse for everything, phone, cable, internet.....
GAS => - I really dont know who supplies the gas, i have all electric.

WATER => Hernando county utilities - Hernando County Utility Department
