Just to point out, there are a few stages of foreclosure and this article lumps them all together. The real stat is REO. Real Estate owned by lender, where the takeover is complete. Many folks don't understand that foreclosure does not mean the bank takes over the next day.

Forbes.com had an article on the 17th i think. It listed the top 10 real estate markets that were unstable, Miami and Orlando were 1 and 2 on the list. It also had a link to the forclosures and what stage of the forclosure they were in. Wait until all the ARMs reset, it will get worse.
