Yes, I also brought my home just over a year ago and I love it, of course you might find minor things but i haven't ran into any major problems, the holiday home is worth it .

Holiday builds in North Port as well. They are more of a cookie cutter builder. I have heard both good and bad about this builder so my suggestion would be to check them out well in your area. Go to the local building department, chamber of commerce, local contractors association and Better Business Bureau.

You can probably get all of the number from Google. I think a lot depends on what subs you get building your home.

Here's a website that I found that has some info on them-again mixed reviews-Rate Your Builder

i had one built too but they never told us the septic tank was put in backwards till i had it drained. nooooooo one still told us

I Had A Home Built In 1996 . We Thought That Everything Was Fine. When You Get A Home Built , Make Sure You Are There When They Put Your Septic Tanks In. Ours Was Put In Backwards And To This Day They Have Not Told Us. We Did Have Problems Where Our Toilets Ever Over Flowing So I Took A Water Hose To The Outside Drain And Now We Have No Problem. Now For The Septic Tank Its Still Backwards And Has The Pipe Running Backwards To The Drain Fill. So When You Do Have Your Homes Built Its Good To Be There. They Also Told Us That It Would Take 3 Months But Was 9 Months. Get It In Writting.we Didnt Want Our Septic In The Front ,we Wanted It On The Side.they Said That They Would Move It But We Were So Close To Closing We Didnt Want To Take Maybe Another Month.
