Reputable sources are important. If anyone is confused as to what reputable is, just look back
at the previous posts of the user you want to determine the reputation on. If you see negative post after negative post, regardless of the subject interlaced with a generally negative attitude, you know what you have.

Who the hell are all these people I see outside?
They're the occupiers ...

I didn't scroll down so don't know if you posted it yet.
Just waiting for the school year to end and I get my money's worth in tuition. But what's it to you anyways ?

Reputation here is no guide at all of how reputable someone is.
Since I do actually have an MBA and am able to post more than one readable sentence at the time, my reputation must mean something. It's really too bad that folks agree with my posts at times and not always with the Florida state cheerleading squad. You must be a Florida realtor, correct ?

Your definition of negative -

Any statement that doesn't agree with my opinion of Florida.

Maybe you do but I much prefer the weather we had today, high 60's and sunny. How can you possibly prefer heat and humidity over this? Did it not feel great out there not sweating? I need to find a place with weather like this year-round. I'm thinking southern California, near the ocean. Weather is very important to me. Plus I want to be around Hollywood and movie stars.

Actually it was too chilly for me earlier today. Even my cats didn't want to be out.

Yes, maybe S. Cali would be more to your liking.

Thats what we did. We just reversed the process and are very happy again . Why live someplace you dont like. I think a lot has to do with where you moved from. For a lot of people moving to Florida was a forward move, for others it wasen't. Sometimes you have to move back to move forward.
