Destin info
Thanks for the info. I do have one extra question. I live in Gulf Breeze and was wondering whether Destin might be a good place to move in a year or so. I so much want to lease a 12 month condo stay on the gulfside, but I'm just not sure we can afford it. What do you think? Should I be talking to a real estate agent? I've also considered Navarre Beach too. I need some helpful direction. Help!

Gulf view or Gulf front? There are some places in Destin & Miramar Beach where you can probably get Gulf view/easy walk to a beach access for not an insane amount of money. I'd definitely check with a realtor for more info.
