I don't drive without insurance, I never said it was OK to drive without insurance.
When questioned on your claim that anyone that is stopped for driving without insurance in MA has the car impounded, rather than show the law that states that is the penalty, you came up with some story of a friend that said that is what happens.
I on the other hand showed that the law in MA has no mention of it.
End of story.

I wish others would bother to look at the actual law instead of posting unfactual information especially the never ending story that FL let's uninsured drivers drive off and that does not happen anywhere else.

The actuality of the situation is it's the same here as anywhere else.
You get a ticket. Prove yourself innocent, walk off. Not be able to prove you had insurance on the date of the offence, pay up with fines.
