Thumbs up Florida gas getting cheaper

Good news for now, gas prices in the state are lower every day. Some gas station in Ocala are @ $2.50 per gl. That is great for all. According to U.S. government's Energy Information Administration the prices will continue to dip lower till Dec 07. Can we get under $2.00 per gl?

Nationwide, average prices for regular-grade gas already are down nearly 40 cents a gallon from their peak of $3.22 a gallon May 21. Prices should fall further to an average of $2.64 a gallon in December before climbing to $3.15 a gallon in May.

Tallahassee - West $2.51
Fort Walton beach $2.58
Navarre, Pcola$2.61
Milton $2.58

I'm still working from Lex KY and the gas here is $2.48...goes down everyday by 3 cents...

soundbreeze is on a distinguished road
I am pleased about this of course.. but it seems that when the pressure was on about high gas prices.. the rhetoric, then focus and action taken on the areas of alternative energy sources, alternative modes of transportation, hybrids, electric, etc., etc., got more press. When the traditional fossil fuel based energy costs are high, and the populace is up in arms about it, then the dialogue and call to action progresses toward getting off the mideast oil crack pipe.

Now w. the energy costs easing, I'm worried that the idea of not trading blood for oil will be taken off the table w. respect to the national agenda.
