Default HELP....Orlando, Tampa, and Saint P

So this is my issue...please advise on your opinion if possible...It looks like I will be getting a job offer and the person mentioned the above 3 places as where I will spend some time. Since I can either work from home or rent out office space in/near these 3 area's, pretty much central Florida.

What I am asking is if you could live anywhere in central FLorida where would you live. I will do business in Orlando, Saint Petersburg, and Tampa, but I do not have to live in any of those places, just in the vicinity/within 2-4 hours.

Any suggestions...we will be selling a house and looking to rent for a while...and I make above 60K...

Thanks!
