The information provided on this forum is invaluable. I'm wondering if anyone can help me out with some advice on cities/neighborhoods/communities. I'm considering working in Miami Gardens and am looking for something in Broward or Dade County in the following order of priority:
1) Low Crime
2) Great Schools (3 school age children, high school, middle school, and elementary school)
3) Commute time to Miami Gardens
4) Pricing on housing - 4 bedrooms looking to spend maximum of $400,000.
5) Employment possibilities.

Thanks in advance for the help.....

Miami Gardens is a very dangerous area

However good places to live in Dade that should be decent commutes are Kendall and Miami Shores. In Broward there's Pembroke Pines, Weston, and the newer areas of Miramar. There are many decent areas to live but I'm trying to list ones closer. Also don't bother trying to find a bargain on a house down here, they don't exist.

Miami Lakes & Palm Springs North which are west of Miami Gardens are good areas.
