Every part of Florida is beautiful, even the places covered with asphalt and people. Here's some examples:
Moon over Biscayne Bay
Cypress trees at sunset on the Dale Maby Highway in Tampa
Sunrise at Daytona Beach
Dogwood trees changing color in the fall in Tallahassee
Crossing the Mid-Bay Bridge over the Choctawhatchee Bay (Destin)
Wakulla Springs, any time
Manatees at Fanning Springs
Hawk in a pine tree in Miami
Hillsborough River State Park
Fishing fleet at Apalachicola
Sand dunes at Cape San Blas
Green Swamp between Lakeland and Webster--almost no traffic on the road.
Reclaimed phosphate pit in Polk County, now a state fishing area
Cattle ranches in Osceola and Okeechobee Counties.
Town of Bagdad.
U.S. 90 in the far west Panhandle.
U.S. 90 between Madion and Lake City
Rock Springs Run, Orange County
High hills near Chattahoochee
Marshes on the St. John's River near Jacksonville
DeLeon Springs at Deland
SR 52 between I-75 and U.S. 19, where there's still swamp and cattle ranches.
Bald eagles everywhere!

Let me give you this:

I-81, pretty much the ENTIRE thing...
I-26 from Spartanburg, SC North to where it ends in Kingsport, TN
I-77 from just North of Statesville, NC to Charleston, WV
I-40 from Sevierville, TN to Hickory, NC
I-64 from Beckley, WV to Lexington, VA
I-75 from Marietta, GA to Lexington, KY, with the exception of around Knoxville, TN
I-85 from Norcross, GA to Gastonia, NC

This is just a small sample, I could be here all day doing this.
In Florida they don't. Most of those places are mountainous and those interstates have NO other options but to go through those routes. They are not put through them for your entertainment while driving.

And BTW...for your information I live off I-81 right now about 1000 miles from FL. You could say the same thing about anywhere regarding downplaying the local scenery.

You aren't on house arrest are you? Go drive to those places and stop sitting around complaining that those wonderful places aren't where you are...which is exactly where YOU put yourself.

Florida has the largest population of nesting bald eagles in the lower 48. Alaska has the most out of the USA. Lots of them are in Osceala and Polk counties, but they are in various places throughout the state.

FL also is #2 in producing beef cattle in the USA, behind TX. (Unless the stats changed over the past few years.) The center of the state, mostly south of Disney World, has large cattle ranches.

While that may be true, it's not like they are plentiful? You never see them, they are deep in the woods. You make it sound like they are everywhere...

You generally see them near bodies of water - fresh or salt. I see them periodically (saw one a few days ago). I have even seen them flying above when driving on the interstate.

You probably have them flying overhead sometimes but if you don't look way up and if you don't know how to ID an eagle way up there, you really would never know they are above you. They can look similar to other birds when flying high.

They are just beginning to nest this time of year.

We had a hawk that used to hang around in our subdivision in Central FL. It was awesome.

Maybe you're not looking in the right places. I know where 2 nests are and they are down in the marsh areas.
