SW Florida home builders question
I read the thread on Holiday Home builders. We own a lot in Englewood (near Port Charlotte in Charlotte County).
Can anyone recommend a good builder that they used?

? I don't know.. There are so many builders popping up houses all over the place. Why not check the Charlotte County builders association???

Builders
We had a new home built in East Englewood, that was completed April 2005. We had the greatest experience with our builder,no problems what so ever. The house came out perfect, we just love it. The builder was G. Patrick Bourgeois

Thanks for the replies.
I checked and G. Patrick Bougeois does not have a website. We live in New Jersey and need a website to check out. I have emailed them. Maybe they can mail me something.

Builder
They don't have a website, they only build about 10-15 homes a year, they have 3 nice model homes in the Rotonda east, they don't need to advertise. They get plenty of refferals from happy homeowners.Very nice people to do business with! We did plenty of research when looking for a builder.Banks, contractors liscence board, people that had homes built by them, people that were in the middle of home being built etc. all had wonderful things to say about them.Good luck with your adventure, we live in Englewood 6 months and Ma. 6 months, and we love it in Englewood, its a nice slower pace than bigger cities.

G. Patrick Bourgeois is a great builder who has been in the area a long time and has a great reputation. Small company, personal service. They are building two new models now on Rotonda blvd. East.

Englewood Builders
We used Port Charlotte Florida Homebuilders. We were thrilled with them. We lived in Canada while having our home built and they took care of everything for us. They have been in the area building homes for 30 years.
