Now, I know that the insurance companies are going to use the past seasons are their reasoning, etc....

My question is starting to be is some of this being caused by the horrible weather the midwest states such as OK & MO have seen the past several months along with TX. Excessive flooding of hundreds & hundreds of homes.

Florida, just due to its geographical location is probably a horrible liability for any insurance company. But, in the past 12 months, what natural disasters [knock on wood] have happened throughout the state to justify so many of these companies doing this sort of thing?

Are these companies also cancelling policies in OK, TX, MO, IN & OH? I am no Florida fan by any means, but heck, people are getting screwed down here big time by any reliable insurance companies.

Great point!!!... Most of the nation is experiencing some type of disaster and the way we are going will not get better for other states.

Will the nightmare of the insurance madness take over in the rest of the nation?
