Default Safest, affordable communities in South Florida

Greetings South Florida Residents!
MichiganMan is back with more questions! lol I have completed more research, and my further research and brought me to further questions with all of YOU!
Here is my criteria, my girlfriend is studying to be a Science Teacher, I'm studying to be a Physical Therapist Assistant. Where are the best areas in South Florida as far as great schools, districts that actually need teachers and aren't laying off everybody. Safe neighborhoods, I don't care if all of my neighbors are 80 years old, they dont bother me! lol I just wanna be able to go for a run around the block in the evening and feel safe!
Can you all give me a list of (5) Towns, neighborhoods that have been known for consistently being safe, strong communities. This will include the entire South Florida region. Port St. Lucie down to Ft. Lauderdale. Maybe Miami too if they're communties that stand out.

Thanks everybody!
