They claim it is safe, but how could they possibly remove something like the hepatitis virus, which is smaller than most filter media... do they destroy it chemicly? Why doesn't reclaimed water smell like chlorine, then? Water that smells like raw sewage isn't a big deal until you get sprayed with it.
Chlorine kills hepatitus, and a vast array of other critters... hense the smell of chlorine. I am not aware of any filter medium that removes Hepatitus.

Default We have the Boca Plant "treated" water coming through our faucets...

and I will not drink it. Don't know how much it helps but we've installed a purifying system under our kitchen sink and I will only drink that water. It looks, smells and tastes cleaner. Big difference. I recommend it.
