Condo Question re: Rio del Mar
Hi
I am considering looking at condo's in Rio Del Mar on Anastasia Island in St Augustine.
I looked at one a few years ago...but it was in poor repair.
The neighborhood seemed nice though and I liked that area of the island.
Does anyone know about the Status of that complex?
Are there rampant foreclosures?
Is the HOA solid?
Would appreciate any input you have.
