For the folks that would like to have a peice of land in Collier County, I have 2.5acreas of land for sale $80K well below market prices. So you see there is still bargins out there to be found.

Good luck for all of you wanting to move to FL.

Yes, there are some deals out there, I just seen one listed this past week for $55K it is 2.27 acres OR for a new reduction price of $68,250, you can get 7.88 acres (both in Naples)!!
