Yea, once I save money for a house, I am outta here! I am outta Florida and moving to a better state to start a new life. The price of houses in south Florida arent worth it!

I agree with you. The prices are way high and I just moved here! I've lived in the suburbs and I've lived in a rural area and am finally here after 30 years! Evidently, a few years too late, when house prices were still within reason. The average working couple can't afford these homes and that is why there is such a glut of them, now. The bubble burst, finally. Hopefully, I will be able to buy something in a year or 2. Either way, I am staying. I love it here. I hope you find what you are looking for, just watch out for places that are "up and coming" like NC and TN, seems to be the next "hit" from what I have been reading.
