I am looking to move to Florida and wanting to move somewhere random. I don't have a job but alot of money saved up and find a job when I get settled in. I want to live close to a beach just in a apartment for now. Any recommendations?

Thanks

Downtown Sarasota is minutes from Siesta Key beach and there are plenty of things to do. Not sure about what sort of jobs there are, but you'll certainly be able to find something.

I'm surfing around the net to try and find some images but nothing's really looking too promising. From what I mapped on Google Maps, it looks a bit...unwelcoming.

Maybe this is a joke and I'm just not catching it?

Go back to New York, you've done nothing but complain about the South and people here don't care to hear about it.

If it was so "unwelcoming", half of the upper midwest and a large number of idiots from the northeast wouldn't have moved here.

Chill out buddy I haven't bashed at anything, I've given my opinions so others who want to move down might consider a fellow opinion. Sorry I'm not from Texas. Maybe we have different standards.

It's always been pretty "welcoming" to me, and I'm not a native.
