I just purchased a home in Palm Beach County, and need to obtain wind / flood insurance to satisfy the mortgage. I would appreciate any info on reputable insurance agents. PM if you like. Thank you.

Liberty911: Check out Amica Mutual Insurance at 1-800-242-6422. I have my car insurance and renters insurance through them for a very good price. I know that they also do life-insurance, so I'm sure they have policies for wind/flood coverage. I find their prices very decent and the service outstanding.

You can get flood insurance thru most agencies. Flood insurance is a program of the federal government. The wind insurance you will probably have to get thru Citizens, but ask around. It is extremely expensive. I live near the Gulf and pay $3000.00 for wind insurance alone. If I get raised another 100% like last year, I heading out of Florida.
