^ this poster has no clue, or is being purposely deceitful. That would not be a SYG scenario.

I think he will get away with it-hell, he wasn't even going to get charged until the media picked up on it. Dead men tell no tales.
As it is currently written and unevenly enforced, it has to be one of the worst, unthought out pieces of legislation to ever come out of Tallahassee. And that's saying a lot.
