family road trip to florida
my family and i are planning a trip from san antonio,texas to florida. were not sure where would be a mice place to take our kids. any suggestions?

Besides the obvious of Dizzy World, etc. you might check out other areas of the state.
St Augustine (nation's oldest city), Marineland (swim with Dolphins), The Everglades (gators, airboat ride) Florida Keys (snorkeling, nature, beaches) and Sanibel Island (shelling/beach) are places I would recommend. Have fun!

Well, Orlando (Non Disney). There are so many things for a family to do here, especially if passing buy, without going to DIsney.
ANY, of the Beaches in Florida. You have some very scenic places here that you all may enjoy together so it's a possibility. The rest of the middle of the state is pretty "Old Florida" not interesting imo.

If you are coming this summer then tubing down the spring rivers or swimming in the springs is a must to stay cool.
