I don't know why people always think South Carolina is a haven, most of it's ghettos are worse than the ones we have here in Florida.

parts of sc are very poor and black. but there certainly are exceptions. there are only 2areas/cities in sc i'd live in, and that'd be greenville and charleston areas

Actually you are right.
Look it up. I think South Carolina is the most violent State Per Capita in the US. (Don't quote me on that)

sc and tn are both ahead of fla --- per capita. of course fla has just as many ppl as sc and tn combined.

Yes...Miami has it issues for Baltimore some 2003 data how it was when I last visited, the police presence in The Gallery and Harborplace was shocking.

Actually West Palm Beach gives it a run for its money, its more dangerous here in many categories, in fact.
