Default Heath Brook and/or Hearvest Meadow
considering these area's, as they do not use well water or septic tanks,,I think..can someone confirm this

we are seeking 3-4 bedrooms , at least 2 full baths...2100-2500sq ft. spending 225K

does this sound possible? we awant to be real near rt 200 for shopping..a new york thing..as is the well and spetic thing.

any comments on the area/devlopments is appreciated.
