Gainesville is getting new development on the west-side, but probably not nearly as much as in some of the bigger cities.

The cities and town in the panhandle are also tasting the growth. Crestview, Navarre, and Fort Walton Beach are enjoying the aerospace industry money and are growing like crazy.
According to US City Mayors web-site the following Florida cities are the fastest growing cities. The number to the right is how they rank in the list.

Those cities are actually on a slight population loss pattern. Maybe 10 years ago they might of still been growing that quickly.

Oviedo, we are getting a whole new area with single family homes, townhouses, and shopping. It's going to be called "Oviedo on the Park" And lots of new homes and townhoues going up daily in the outer areas. Good luck!!

Orange county - Hunter Creek area - lots of building & major stores going in. Worth taking a look. Big growth also down toward Poinciana (Osceola county)but you can service that from hunters creek area & Kissimmee.
