growing cities in Florida?
I work for a granite company that is expanding and part of my job is to find areas that are growing, new houses being built, new people moving in, low unemployement, etc...
There is just so much one can find out through research, and since I need to make good decisions and find at least 3 cities for new granite shops that we will open within the next year ... I need all the help I can get! They all have to be in Florida so it's easy for me to visit each location and Florida is where the company headquarters is located.
So...to all the Floridians out there....any suggestions on any towns?
South Florida is out by the way, we already have a couple there.
I'm currently in NC running a shop here, will be going to St. Augustine in December to decide the next 3 locations.
All your opinions are needed and very welcome!
Thanks

Lakeland, east of Tampa. Maybe Ocala, north of Orlando.

Wesley Chapel / Land O Lakes has lots of newer residential and commercial is just now coming in full force. Might be an opportunity for you.

Thank you!
Keep sending me areas....I'm researching them all!
Some of them were new to me, that's great!

Good one.....I can't believe how many new developments are popping up there ! Practically overnight!
Both north and south of Jax, tons of new development. Also, the "Southside Corridor" of Jax (also known as 'Intracoastal West") - everything running from the river to the ocean - lots of recently built homes and still more land to be developed......the "pros" have been saying to keep an eye on this area for years.
Also, isn't Gainesville getting new development west of town?
