Default A little nervous

Anyone else buy a home before the peak, ok more right at the start, and slowly see prices creep down to what they paid for their homes?

I purchased my home in 2002 and prices in the area are just 60k over what I paid. Sure some will say that is a lot but wow.

Pretty soon Florida is going to be a bargain compared to the other states people are moving too. I went to TN last month and sure you get more house but in some areas it is not cheaper. I saw 3 and 4 bedroom homes pricing for 300K+. If FL cannot support those prices no way TN will be able to support them and why would they want too.
