Ok... Try firing your entitled workers which is around 50% of your workforce, hire nicer people so customers don't go postal and stage an accident

Did you read the article? I don't know how you are confusing bad Florida drivers with some kind of entitlement mentality.

She was implying that some of these people are driving into the post offices on purpose as a result of being treated rudely...

That could be the case but I think it's more that the post office (or the grocery store) is somewhere everyone (regardless of age, class etc. ) goes on a regular basis so there's bound to be more incidents at those places...

It's weird, at the post office closest to me the clerks range from efficient and polite to rude. I tend to go to a different post office closer to work, and the clerks there are incredibly NICE! HELPFUL! I asked a question about shipping something once, and they didn't have the answer. They got it and called me about two hours later to let me know.

Not all postal employees are evil. (My mail lady at home is really sweet as well.)
