Hi...can anyone tell me about Mulberry...good or bad. How about Cesara Estates? Any problems with hurricanes the last few years?
Thanks

Mulberry is small - where are you coming from? I've lived just outside of Mulberry over 20 years and only suffered minor hurricane damage 2 years ago.

Cesara Estates is a chunk of property off highway 98. My dad used to run cattle on it a few years back. And Mulberry has definately suffered from hurricane damage, Im not sure what part of Mulberry sunshine queen is comming from or if she personally has never faced any damage from the hurricanes. My father owns a cow pasture and golf course in Mulberry and the hurricanes hurt him real bad. The course had to be closed for many months after the hurricanes of 2004. They had between 1 and 2 billion gallons of stagnant water on the course. The course truned into a deep lake, your could literally take a boat out there and paddle over the submerged greens. It really hurt the business (of course). But Mulberry is a small, comfortable town in Polk County.

I think Mulberry is nice small town, on edge of south Lakeland so you got the shopping there. Homes are cheaper in Mulberry that a positive. Live in South Lakeland if you want more things near you.

Hi,
I was actually wondering if anyone knows of any homes for rent in Mulberry?
I would like a 2 or 3 bedroom , reasonable price. If anyone knows please email me at: mrsjscott21407@yahoo.com and let me know or let me know how I can find rentals in Mulberry.
Thanks

I lived in South Lakeland for about 30 years and I don't believe Highway 98 goes anywhere near Mulberry. Are you sure that is where Cesara Estates is located, Heather097? I've never heard of it but I do know that Highways 60 and 37 go through Mulberry, not Hwy 98.

Cesara Estates is only located on 60, take 60 all the way down to cesara estates loop, its the first right, right after county line road
I've lived in mulberry for a few years its just like any other town except smaller, crowded and alot more silent. I like mulberry but i wish people would realize the population is growing and its getting hard just to go to the local walmart and shop. Theres like 25 people in one grocery section and its hard to get through and enjoy shopping because its so overcrowded. Mulberry wants to grow and we can't wait to see, what will happen next in mulberry. I'm not complaning about the walmart though because i love that we have a walmart but its overcrowded. We're a small town but we are growing in population and need more money to grow into a bigger town.
