There was a huge, multi-fold insert ad for this joint in the New York Times this week.
It hasn't opened yet--I wonder if it will end up like that episode of Law & Order where the condo starts falling apart once the owners move in and someone ends up offing the developer?

My aunt sent me "Welcum to my Trailer Park" years ago with audio and my wife and I could not laugh harder.
I would not mind a place there if someone paid for it and all the costs. Now if I was to put my own money into something I would have a several thousand acre ranch in Wyoming.
But remember we all have different tastes. That trailer park brings back bad memories when I use to consume to much alcohol. Friendly people, just not to bright.

Wow, they are still advertising the penthouse, even though I bought it pre-construction!
