Just a quicky.

My wife and I are retiring in May and we are settling down in the Sunshine State. I have heard that because of all the alligator killings you have down there, there is a limit on alligator ownership. I currently own a few, and keep them in state-of-the-art enclosures. Am I legal?

If this has already been answered, I apologize.

Well there were a lot of killings a while ago but now the alligator population in Florida is thriving with around 1.3 million in just Florida. There are alligator farms but to keep them for personal pets is a bit tricky. Best advice is give these guys a call Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission they will have the answer to any wild animal question about the laws.
